Absolutely. I've seen people start with Base Camp and move up when they catch the bug, or scale back when work gets crazy. Just give us a heads up before your next billing cycle and we'll sort it out. No fees, no guilt trips.

So we've got this chamber that simulates training at elevation - think Banff or higher. It forces your body to adapt by producing more red blood cells, which means better oxygen delivery when you're back at sea level. Cyclists and runners love it, but honestly, anyone looking to push their cardiovascular limits can benefit. It's not magic, but it's pretty darn close.

Nope, what you see is what you pay. First month is your membership price, that's it. If you want extra personal training sessions beyond what's included, those are $65 each. Locker rental (if you're not Elite) is $15/month. But there's no "enrollment fee" or "processing charge" nonsense.

Listen, everyone started somewhere. We've got folks training for Ironmans and we've got folks who haven't worked out since high school. The only person who'll look out of place is someone being a jerk to others, and we don't tolerate that. Come in, do your thing, and let us help you get stronger. That's literally why we're here.

Not gonna lie - mornings before work (6-8am) and right after (5-7pm) can get lively. But we've designed the space so there's always somewhere to train. Plus, our mobile app shows real-time capacity, so you can time your visit. Lunch hours and late evenings? Usually pretty chill.

Yeah, we do membership freezes. You get one 2-week freeze per year included, no charge. Need longer? It's $20/month to keep your membership on hold. For injuries, we work with you - bring us a doctor's note and we'll figure something out. We'd rather have you come back healthy than lose you entirely.

Just give us 30 days notice and you're good. We'll be sad to see you go, but we're not gonna make it difficult. Shoot us an email or stop by the desk. We might ask what we could've done better, but that's just so we can improve - not to guilt you into staying.
