How It All Started

Look, I'm not gonna feed you some perfectly polished origin story. Truth is, I was burnt out from traditional gyms that felt like soul-crushing factories. After spending three years training with high-altitude teams in the Rockies, something clicked.

Vancouver's got this crazy energy - the mountains right there, the ocean breeze mixing with that alpine air. I kept thinking, why aren't we using this? Why're we stuck in these basement gyms when we could be training like we're at elevation?

So I cashed in my savings, found this spot on Granville, and honestly had no clue if anyone would show up. But that first week? Twelve people walked through the door wanting something different. Something real.

Seven years later, we've built something special here. It's not just about the workouts - though they'll kick your butt, don't get me wrong. It's about that feeling when you push through what you thought was your limit. That's what keeps me coming in every morning.

Our Journey

2018 - The Beginning

Started with 400 sq ft and a dream. Just me, some kettlebells, and a whole lot of hope. First month we had maybe 20 members who believed in the vision.

2019 - First Expansion

Doubled our space and brought on Sarah as our first full-time coach. Added the altitude simulation tech that changed everything for our athletes.

2020 - Pivot & Adapt

Yeah, that year. Went virtual, kept our community tight. Lost some sleep but didn't lose a single member's trust. Built outdoor training programs that stuck around.

2021 - Recovery Focus

Added nutrition counseling and recovery sessions. Realized people weren't just grinding - they needed to know how to rebuild smarter.

2023 - Team Growth

Welcomed three more coaches and a dedicated nutritionist. Community hit 300+ members. Started seeing athletes we trained compete nationally.

2025 - Today

Still pushing, still learning. Every day we're figuring out new ways to help people become versions of themselves they didn't think possible.
